Work the ticket inbox on the go: reply, add notes, assign and change status, with alerts for new tickets.

Open the download on your Android phone and tap Install.
If Android asks, allow your browser to install apps (Settings → Apps → Special access → Install unknown apps), then go back and install.
Open the app. The help desk address is already filled in.

Prefer Google Play when it is available: it keeps the app updated automatically.
