  Click Submit a ticket in the navigation, choose the category that best fits your request, fill in the form and press Submit. You will receive a tracking ID by email that you can use to follow the prog…
• How do I check the status of my ticket?
  Open View existing ticket, enter the tracking ID from your confirmation email together with the email address you used, and press View ticket. You can add replies and close the ticket from there.
